10. The Attitude of Gratitude | Facing Your Triggers, Developing a Gratitude Practice, My Pelvic Floor Dysfunction Story
OMG! 10 episodes! Although it may seem like a small accomplishment, this is a huge milestone for me. I think celebrating the smaller accomplishments is so important for staying present and enjoying the process. I feel so thankful that I have the tools, knowledge, and growing community to make this podcast a reality, and that's what this episode is all about - gratitude! Science is showing more and more that cultivating gratitude can have massive benefits for our physical and emotional health, and I can confidently say I've experienced that first-hand. Counting our blessings can improve our mood and overall sense of optimism, expand our perspective and sense of belonging, lower our blood pressure, and so much more!I paint a picture of what's been going on in my life recently (hello hypertonic pelvic floor flare-up) and how gratitude and my past experiences are making it so much more manageable. I am proud of my growth, and I am proud of yours! I hope you enjoy this episode!Mentioned:Calm Pelvic HealthFeraluxeDiscover more of my content:Personal InstagramThe Wellness Wave InstagramYouTubeDepop
