Hey legend. <br/><br/>This episode I talk about how we often as humans don't allow ourselves and our feelings to be valid because we tell ourselves that someone else has it worse so you block yourself from feeling and leaning into your emotions. I want to be here and let you know that what you feel is completely valid and you're allowed to feel it.
