Carl Robert Brown (November 26, 1930 – August 20, 1982) was a teacher in Miami, Florida who killed 8 and injured 3 during a mass shooting in 1982. Carl was an undiagnosed paranoid schizophrenic who’s paranoid beliefs about Cuba and Russia led him down a path that would forever change the lives of many in Miami-Dade county.
