Am I too old to have a hobby?
Hey, friends! Tess recently ended up at a party that was a true testament to creativity and inspiration. there were burning sculptures, 70s sequined jumpsuits, and a host who could juggle, ride a unicycle, and walk on stilts all at the same time. But this got us thinking, what gets our creative juices flowing? Cooking? Yoga? Reading? Let’s talk about the importance of having interests outside of work, and the struggles we each face when trying to identify our hobbies as adults.

And last but not least, we’re digging deep into the topic of work-life balance and creating boundaries. Let's be honest, we could all use a little more balance in our lives. But how do we achieve this elusive concept? We'll share our own strategies, including creating systems, setting boundaries, and delegating tasks. We'll also reflect on the impact of introducing new perspectives to traditional businesses and the importance of mental freedom from work. So, pull up a chair (or your favourite pair of headphones) and let's navigate this journey together!Thank you to our beloved Revlon Professional for sponsoring this episode of The Conscious Salon.
