Commemoration of St. Matthew, 2023

When Jesus called Matthew, the Pharisees asked, "Why does your teacher eat with tax collectors and sinners?" Looking to Jesus as an example, how are Christians supposed to relate to non-believers? How can Christians make a bold confession against sin while not alienating the lost?
