In the latest episode of EFSAS’ monthly Interviews with interesting personalities, Mr. Junaid Qureshi (Director EFSAS) welcomed virtually Dr. Said Alam Mahsud. Dr. Mahsud is a surgeon, political activist, and one of the leaders of the Pashtun Tahafuz Movement (PTM). He is also the Chairman of the civil society organisation Pashtunkhwa Ulasi Tehrik, and a technical expert on China–Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC). Dr. Mahsud analyzed in detail the multibillion-dollar venture and explained how the people from the regions, where the project is concentrated, namely Balochistan, Sindh, the Pashtun Belt and Pakistan Administered Jammu & Kashmir, were also the ones who were most deprived from its boons.
