ep 15- YOU are NOT the body!!!!!!!!!!! okay? (Relationship with the body)

I knw this sounds crazy, but, no, you are not the body (btw first time someone told me this, I thought they were nuts). In this episode I suggest a different perspective on the body, on how we relate to the body, on the relationship with the body and explore this by sharing the amazing and wonderful things I have learned from my teachers in the hopes that you can have a different experience while having a body. Of course, we're going to get a bit non dual as usual... hehe
