Sometime back you may have had a fight with your spouse or someone you love(d) and then you felt the way forward is not to talk to them. This goes on for a day, two, or even a week, or month(s). Did you stop to ask yourself this question... Is that the right way to live with them? Did you feel comfortable? Or your heart felt restless? Ask yourself, is that malice healthy for you? Make the right choice(s). Always try to resolve things with those you love in.a nice way, not in anger. Anger or pride only makes it worse. If you don't feel like talking yet, calm down and write a brief message across and see how that works.
