In this episode I share a few lessons about "letting go" from a silent + technology-free Buddhist meditation retreat I attended. We also talk about the "let them" theory. People's behavior tells us a lot about what they value. Let them do what they want to do, so we know what they'd rather do. Let them reveal themselves to us without us trying to influence them one way or another. Then we can truly know if that connection is even worth keeping.
