I couldn’t wait until the end of the season to draw together my reflections and ideas from Season 1 of my very first ever podcast, Moving Beyond Trauma! It’s been by far the most radically creative thing I’ve ever done, and wonderfully affirming - I’m not alone, everywhere out there are people quietly moving beyond their own trauma, and helping others do the same. Here’s what came up:

1. Stats! Buzzsprout produces a ton of analytics and I’ve been surprisingly mesmerised by seeing behind the scenes of a podcast! How many times has it been downloaded? Which guest was listened to most? Where in the world are people listening?

2. Here’s 4 Things I’ve noticed about Moving Beyond Trauma:The Thing that no-one tells you about moving beyond any trauma;Hero’s in the Journey are never alone (and how this really feels on the inside);Intentionally curating ALL areas of your life is the most effective way to do that elusive “self care” that is essential for wellbeing - and what happens when you are so in flow and focussed on your goal that you forget to do this;Be your own Action Friend (the cavalry are not coming, step up and take your own lead!).3. Some very personal reflections and thoughts as I am so incredibly grateful to have created this amazing thinking space, and been joined by so many wonderful people to be interviewed, and you, the listeners, all around the world. It matters to me.

Thank you.
If you enjoyed this or found it useful please subscribe on the show website, https://movingbeyondtrauma.buzzsprout.com.
You can listen on most platforms.
Do please share this link, and if you'd like, give it a rating or leave a review (wherever you listen - which seems to be mainly Apple or Spotify) will help the podcast reach more people.
