For the first episode, Tom & Alex talk about the reasons why they want to do this podcast and what they would like to gain from doing it. Tom Perry (Founder of the Men's Mind Project) & Alex Emery (Welfare Officer for the RLBI) introduce themselves and have a chat about why they wanted to do a podcast about mental health. This episode deals with mental health issues, suicide and death, and other challenges that may cause strong feelings in some, especially those already vulnerable. Discretion is advised.
