Music: Does Your Workout Playlist Pump You Up?
Everyone likes music. Not everyone likes the same music. Caleigh and Sara have vastly different tastes in what they want in their ears when they’re working out. Sara likes heavy and aggressive and Caleigh likes sad and slow (much like the way they both lift) Join us as we discuss listening to music vs. podcasts during a workout, the time Sara threw away her shot in the greatest city in the world, and the time Caleigh accidentally went to a Rob Zombie concert. This episode may not have much to do with fitness, but we did discover that Sara is angry, Caleigh is sad, and they both probably need therapy.
