Non QM Loans Foreign National & ITIN

In this episode I talk about 2 types of Non QM loans, Foreign National and ITIN.  Foreign National is for people outisde the US that want to buy investment properties.  ITIN are for those people living in the states, that don't have a social security number yet, but are paying taxes.  They have an individual tax identification number.
