November Entries ”Discipline, Rigor, & Accountability”
November Entries from "Discipline, Rigor, & Accountability." Listen to Show Host Kristen Thomasino, Global Humanitarian, 22x Author, Data Scientist, and Wellness Advocate read from "Discipline, Rigor, & Accountability" published entries of her time in rehabilitation. Available on Amazon you can read about Kristen's journey finding paths to success. Buy on Amazon About Your Show Host I learned that sometimes life could bring about unplanned events. I am so happy you are taking the time to learn about my experiences. Thank you. My wellness story is about overcoming severe fibromyalgia, autoimmune disease markers, brain fog, and full-body weakness after falling down 15 feet of stairs paired with a high-stress lifestyle focused on helping others. Managing my mental game, staying positive, and creating plans for success enabled me to do things that initially seemed daunting. I hope that my transformation will motivate others to take action for themselves. I made these tracks for "Woo! With Kristen Thomasino!" intending to help others think about different ways of thinking about how we can accomplish our dreams.
