We talked about Stephen Sommers earlier in the year when discussing The Mummy, but before that he directed a lesser known monster movie that has a killer cast. Shades of Jaws, mixed with Predator with a little hint of Tremors, and you get Deep Rising. Does the 1998 CGI hold up? Well, at least the script does.
