Proptech Startups on the 2023 INC 5000 List

Inc Magazine just published their annual list of the fastest growing, private companies in the US. Proptech had a great showing out on the list this year. The list below (which I discuss in this episode) isn't likely the exhaustive, entirety of all proptech companies on the list. However, this should satisfy giving you an idea of the types of companies working at the intersection of real estate and technology, that made the 2023 list of fastest growing private companies.The Inc 5000 ranks private companies, based on the self-reported percentage of growth over the last three years. Each company in this cohort had to have generated a minimum of $100,000 in gross revenue for 2019 and a minimum of $2,000,000 for 2022.See the full Inc 5000 list for 2023 here.
