Attention all personnel! Introducing our new commanding officer, Col. Sherman T. Potter! It’s out with the old and in with the new as Frank is kicked out of the CO position and Col. Potter is ushered in. After a bit of skepticism from the rest of the camp due to his “Regular Army” type nature, the 4077 quickly warms up to our new stand-in dad.
