Evelyn Shepherd, born and raised in Houston Texas is the proud owner of 2 Cute 2 Pass Up, a mobile fashion boutique, founded in 2011. She’s the mother of two handsome young men, William and Steven, and has one beautiful grand-daughter Skye. She’s a devout student of the Word of God and loves to teach and encourage others. Evelyn believes that all women are beautiful inside and out and she desires to invest her time and talent in bringing out the best version of a person, which is who God intended them to become. In her lifetime, she has touched many lives both women and men and encouraged them to step into their God given identity and be all that God created them to be.
