The Oceangate Internal Report Provided To Them By A Navy Reservist (7/10/23)

Oceangate hired a Navy Reservist to inspect their vessel in 2018 and according to the report, the reservist found several issues with the vessel, but nothing that would lead to a catastrophic failure.
