Why Pancaking Care Is Painful on Your Wallet with Shaun Kirk
To keep your private practice running, you must be able to generate revenue and maintain a sufficient cash flow. But what is the ideal amount of patient frequency that ends up with the best result for your financial strength? How much management is in place to make the practice last longer? And how can you make the practice valuable if you don't know you can at least have a conversation whenever you want? This week's The Dave Kittle Show episode, Dave Kittle will be joined by Shaun Kirk. Shaun is a Private Practice Consultant over US/Canada over the last 20+ years. He has guided more than 2,000 PT practices to higher levels of performance and success, many of which have won prestigious awards for rapid growth and profitability. With decades of experience and tangible results as a PT practice owner and a management consultant, he’ll show you how to rapidly achieve your goals. To learn more, check at there website at https://ptpracticesuccess.com/ In this episode, we will touch on such topics as: You need to manage what you have to be able to have many patients. If your average patient frequency is 1.5, increasing it to 2.0 will increase your revenue potential by 33%. If you are going to stretch out the care because the co-pay is high, then you will have more expenses. You might be saving some patients' money, but they will drop off the grid before they are done. Optimize your practice as much as you can to make it more valuable than you. If you're dealing with the average patient frequency, that's the frequency at which they show up, not the frequency at which you schedule them. We cannot push our expenses onto our patients. Only efficiency and maximizing experiences can compensate. P.S.
