Loving our bodies has never been so hard in a world full of cosmetic procedures, filters, and seemingly "perfect" people on social media. Striving for perfection in the way we look is NUTS! Perfection comes from imperfections. Join us as we dive into why we may feel the need to compare ourselves to others as well as what BDD is and symptoms associated with it. Later in today's episode we also discuss making sure that the goals you set are in alignment with yourself so that you can achieve them as well as follow through with the steps needed to accomplish them!
Disclaimer: We are not doctors, therefore any advice given on this podcast should not be taken above your own care provider. We also want our community to recognize how important it is to talk with a care provider if you are experiencing any of the symptoms associated with Body Dysmorphia (BDD).
Instagram: Knotttwins
Tik Tok: Knotttwins0
Website:Knotttwins.com
(Check out our BLOG!)
Podcast: Double Minds
6 Week Home Fitness eBook: FREE to download on our website!
(Take control of your own fitness journey)
