Happy November! It's a great month focused on positivity, giving thanks, and eating great food. This episode we recap our Halloween, and shift gears into our positive/gratitude mindset. We challenge ourselves every episode this month to be more positive and grateful for things, ESPECIALLY the things that are difficult sometimes to be positive about. This episode we attempt a few of them, and then will have a little segment at the end of every episode where we pull one thing out of a hat that we might not be the most fond of, and find a way to be grateful for it anyway.
